Treated as if I just didn’t spend over $1300 with this place for my kids school shoes, customer service is at an all time disrespect I have been contacting these people since last week about my order and all I’ve gotten was lies and disrespect to whoever the chat agent is that hoes by the name Ken P. Yea firing is the only good thing left to say for you. Very disrespectful and unprofessional people want to get paid but don’t want to put in the work, while ppl like my are spending thousands of hard earn dollars with this messy company. My last year ordering from here and just wait and till I show my family and friends the screenshots I took from the chat with the agent Ken P.

I order 10 pairs of cleats to donate to players in my flag football league. Hibbett cancelled the order and falsely accused me of being a reseller. This interaction left me feeling criminalized by this company. I'm simply doing a good deed for those under privilege in my community. Hibbett obviously doesn't care for our inner city youth and only wishes to profit off our children.

I placed an order on 6/18/23 and received an email with shipment information on 6/19/23. Its now 6/25/23 and my shoes are somehow waiting to be picked by the carrier, its been a whole week. I contacted customer service and she says maybe they picked them up but didn't scan them and to reach out in 2 days for another resolution. I have never experienced an issue with this establishment till now. The catchy advertisements on deals are not worth the headache. Back to Footlocker and Goat I go where I know ill get my shoes in 4 days or less.

This is why you don't shop online!! I went to the Winder/Bethlehem location and better customer service than their online customer service. Am not sure of the young man who helped me but he was extremely helpful and polite. This Store has always given myself and my family great service. The young lady who has been running it knows a lot of customers by name and is teaching these kids great work ethics along with how to be respectful. It's a very clean store and this location will be getting our business.

Ordered two pair of shoes from my app. I order all the time. This time they sent my shoes to my old address. “Granted I’ve ordered through app at my new address a few times with no issue. “ I reach out to see why they shipped to wrong address and customer service tells me my address is correct in their system? Their resolve was that it’s in me and they’re not responsible for lost packages!! Package wouldn’t been lost had they done their job. Long story short they won’t do anything about their mistake!! Pitiful!! Do business elsewhere!!

Stay away from buying from this store online they promess your deliver one day and a week after expecting delivery goes by and package doesnt get deliver and they won’t refund your money back until more time goes by… overall HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to shop this place is a rip off they are liars!!!!!!! First time shopping in the store. There was a sign in the store front that stated there was a 50% off sale on slides. So I went in to look around. I was greeted by a sales person. I looked around and read the fine print on the sale sign. Women's Nike slides 50% off. The store employees were helpful but slow. I had to ask if they had a store card. They did so I joined however, they were laughing at me when I told them my email address. At me not with me. I don't care. I got a pair of Nike slides for $17.50.

I purchased a pair of shoes, checked 3 days later for the shipping info and it said my order was canceled. I called customer service and the rep told me that the shoe probably sold out and wasn't updated on the website... It's been a week and my money still hasn't been refunded back to my card, it's been saying pending.

Hibbett Sports raffle is the worse. I’ve only won once in 2 years. I am reviewing on every platform to spread awareness about this issue Also when I ordered shoes and the shoes were on sale they held the shoes from being shipped until the sale was over I do not recommend this store for ANY customers needs, nor do I recommend in store purchases. Customer service is bad at EACH and EVERY store.

Ordering was a breeze and got the cleats earlier than expected. The reason for the one star is the fact of the additional charge on my account. I contact customer service (Mira C.) and they tell me they calculated the order incorrectly and took the additional amount out without any explanation or approval. All I got was “I apologize for this issue. Is there anything else I can assist with today?” I ask about refunding the additional charge and I get in return, “Thanks for contacting Hibbett City Gear. Have a great day!” So needless to say, I will not be shopping with Hibbetts anymore.

Hibbetts never delivered my shoes! They were helpful enough to tell me that they were last seen at the post office and lost in transit! Yet all they could do was give me excuses and BS why I would not be receiving a refund! I ordered my nephew 2 pair of Jordans and they didn’t even try to issue a refund or resend. They use a two week disgusting policy to rob poor ppl! The shoes were a gift to my nephew so I shipped them to his house! I feel terrible times a 1000000! He didn’t get his birthday gift! I had a surgery I been out of work two months words can not explain how painful and unfair this is!

This is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Customer service representatives were rude and couldn't provide me with any information concerning my ship to store order. Wrong size and delayed. Wouldn't allow me to cancel the order. Super dissatisfied and won't be using Hibbett for anything, ever again

I took my daughter to return some tennis shoes and the salesperson (Hannah) was on her phone the whole time taking a personal phone call and talking to someone about a breakup. I don't appreciate this type of customer service. Needless to say, we will not be coming back here.

On 12 April 2023, at approximately 0806 CST Tammy did not resolve my refund issue and when I asked to speak with her manager, she responded “I have already addressed the issue and this is as high as you’re going to go “. When I asked her to explain why she would not transfer me or provide me with contact information for the person next in the chain to address my matter, she concluded the call and abruptly disconnected. I still need this sales tax matter of $.01 that I paid upon purchase to be addressed. I completed a survey after the call, and requested to be contacted so that we can resolve this matter and so that Affirm can credit me the full refund amount of $307.30 and not $307.29 for my Order….# 0017318919041
